Hi boy...

When I install k2 blackpoint, I have that 3 problems:

Loopback Host Headers

---------------------

Analysis failed.

This machine does not allow loopback HTTP connections on host names other than localhost.

Web Application Pool Users

--------------------------

Analysis failed.

The identity of the SharePoint Site Collections needs to be a domain user for K2 workflow integration to function correctly.

                • The user NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE is not valid on the SharePoint Site Collections SharePoint - 80.

This is only required if K2 will be used in the applicable SharePoint Site Collection.

Can someone help me pls?!??!?!?

Thx, Mirco

Hi,

Please ensure that you have added the "DisableLoopbackCheck" key in your Registry. As for your last message, can you please check in your IIS that your MOSS app pool ID is running under a valid user account such as Administrator and not Network Service.

Thanks,
