Hi everyone
K2 document says it's important to install NLB before you install K2 and something else like SPN, MSMQ, I wonder is this really necessary or if I don't install them will K2 malfunction? Thanks in advance.

thanks Johnny. so if i installed it in server1 then later i reinstalled it in server2 and request for licnese key and it works then it won't work in server1 any more, right? thanks again.

A simple question about license key. The license key is based on system key and later if I reinstall K2 in other server or the server changed hardware then I need reinstall K2, am I required to reset the license key? cuz system changed maybe the system key changed too.

I would suggest opening a helpdesk ticket. But here are a few ideas:

As part of my previous post, I can't seem to get the Workspace to install. Running the install manually isn't an option due to the way the installer functions, but is there a way to throw msiexec a switch to override that behavior and let me simply install the Workspace by itself?

I'm having the same problem, did a clean installation of blackpearl 0803 and the service stops after a few seconds.
Did anyone solve this problem?

Just an FYI for everyone out there:
If you are installing K2 [blackpearl] 0803 (new install or upgrade), and your SQL Reporting Services is on a separate server from your K2 Workspace, beware. Configuration Manager on your SSRS server will complete with a ''FAILURE''.
